Here is a quick overview of our process:
Q: I have more than one script. Can I order them at the same time?
A: Actually, we prefer that you complete a separate order form for each script. You may also email us: info@24hourvoicetalent.com
Q: What happens if my script times out to be more than :60 or :30 once read by the talent?
A: We will have the talent read it at a comfortable pace (which may be longer than :60 or :30)
and a faster pace to squeeze it in the appropriate time. Please keep in mind a general rule of thumb: Voice talent ALWAYS read slower than you.
Q: Can I have the talent read the script as an audition free of charge?
A: Unfortunately not. One of the major reasons we're able to offer you such an affordable rate of $99 per spot is because our talent know they are going to get paid every time we send them a script.
Q:What happens if my script is not a :60 or :30 spot?
A:If your script is not a :60 or :30 spot, you will be charged $99 per page, whereas one page = no more than 20 lines, double-spaced, size 12 font minimum. If you are unsure of the cost, email us your script and we can quote it for you.
Q:How many takes of the audio will I receive?
A:We generally provide 2 or 3 to pick from.
Q:What happens if I need revisions cut?
A:If we mispronounce a word, omit a word, or make a punctuation mistake, we will provide a re-read at no extra charge. Just request the re-read by emailing info@24hourvoicetalent.com. If you change your copy, you must fill out a new order form and you will be charged for another spot.
Q:How do I pay for my voice order?
A:PayPal or major credit card. We can keep the price at $99 because we do not have to pay for administrative assistance to invoice and collect from our clients. Using a PayPal account is not required. You can pay by any major credit card without signing up.
Q:Will I get a receipt for my order?
A:By completing the order from and checking out, you will receive a receipt from PayPal or Google via email
Q:How long does it take to receive my audio?
A:Audio ordered before 2:00 eastern time is generally returned within 3-4 hours. Audio ordered after 2:00 eastern time may be returned by 6:00 PM eastern time the same day or by 10:00 AM the next business day depending upon time of order.
Q:I submitted my payment using an echeck? How does this affect my order?
A:PayPal echecks usally take 3-4 business days to clear. Once your echeck clears, we can process your order and book your talent.
Q:Does the $99 fee include production?
A:No. Our fees are for raw, unedited voice files only. Editing audio, or mixing audio with music and/or SFX is available, but those services will incur extra charges. Inquiries about editing or production can be emailed to info@24hourvoicetalent.com
